Identify the feature you are selecting
Use the exact product reference and point to the decorative element in the gallery. Explain whether the priority is reflection, a raised outline, spacing or colour. Some designs combine several elements, so asking only for a “beaded look” may leave the most important detail unclear.
Review the decoration at the intended scale
Ask for a detail with a size reference and a wider view showing the distribution. Consider where the trim sits on the garment. A densely decorated cuff and an isolated neckline feature have different placement questions even if the close-up photographs have similar sparkle.
Explore the productsCheck likely contact and seam areas
Have the maker examine areas near the underarm, neckline, closures or joining seams using a suitable sample. Record comfort, bulk and visible attachment concerns as observations. Do not assume all decorated surfaces can be pressed, cut or sewn through with the same method; confirm the handling plan for the item.
Approve the selected option precisely
Save the reference, colour, required dimensions and any sample decision. Ask Rose to confirm composition, unit, minimum and availability where not established. A decorative name is not a durability grade, and a sample review is not a substitute for any formal performance test your customer requires.
A practical comparison
| Priority | Evidence to request |
|---|---|
| Reflection | Views at more than one angle |
| Raised surface | Side and close-up views |
| Garment placement | Sample beside the intended seam or edge |
