Ask for matching face and reverse views
Identify the same area on both sides so the maker can relate the decoration to what is behind it. Include the code and colour in the request. A reverse image of a different design or an unexplained cropped section can create more confusion than it resolves.
Record visible observations without guessing
Note visible threads, attachment areas, backing or finishing details as observations and ask for clarification. Do not identify fibre content or production technique solely from the reverse photograph. If a feature is important to comfort or construction, have the maker review an actual sample rather than treating a screen image as a test.
Explore the productsConnect the review to the garment interior
Show the planned lining and seam locations. A reverse side that will be enclosed raises different questions from an area that may touch the wearer. Ask the maker whether a trial panel is needed to evaluate the intended arrangement. Avoid assuming one construction solution fits every embroidered design.
Keep the response with the approval record
Save the matching images, questions and decisions together. If a different reference or variant is later proposed, review its own reverse where relevant. Confirmation for one item should not silently become approval for the whole category, and any required performance evidence should be requested separately.
