Start with references and intended use
For website items, include the product code and link so the enquiry identifies the correct design. For an outside reference, attach a clear overall photograph and a detail image if needed. Explain whether you are looking for the same motif, a similar colour or a material for a particular garment. Mark which requirements are essential and which alternatives you would consider.
Write a quantity and unit for every item
Pair each reference with a colour and requested amount. For wax, “2 pieces × 6 yards” is clearer than “2 lengths”. For embroidery, trims and neckline items, ask to confirm the selling unit if it is not established. Keep approximate requirements labelled as estimates so they are not mistaken for a final order quantity.
Explore the productsAdd destination and the questions that matter
State the destination country and city, then ask about current availability, specifications and order arrangements. A desired date can be given as a requirement to discuss; it is not a confirmed delivery promise. If you need sampling, shade matching or another particular arrangement, raise it explicitly and wait for the relevant confirmation.
Review the message before sending
The website lets you select products and prepare a multilingual enquiry. Short lists can be prefilled in WhatsApp; longer lists can be copied in full and pasted. Review the references, units and notes before you send. Opening WhatsApp does not send a message or confirm receipt, and the shortlist is not a completed order. Keep the confirmed details in the conversation for follow-up.
